New York Academy of Dance accepts cash, personal check, MasterCard^®, Visa^®, and Discover^® for class payments. You also have the option of having your tuition automatically charged to a credit card each month.

Registration Fee: Varies (Per Student)
A non-refundable fee for students reserves ballet class placement for the child and secures him/her as a member of NYAD. See our fee schedule below for more details:

Tuition: Amount Varies ($33.00 a Month for 1 Hour/Week)
This annual fee is paid over a 10-month period. The rate is based on the number of dance instruction hours the student takes. There is a discount for siblings who are members of NYAD, as well as for taking more than 2.5 hours of ballet classes per week.

Performance Fee: $50.00 Per Family
A non-refundable fee paid in November covers costs associated with the annual recital. This includes the rental of the theatre, 10 tickets, certificates, and other various costs.

Costume Deposit: $25.00 Per Costume
A non-refundable deposit paid in November ensures your child's costume is ordered in time for ballet classes and recitals. This amount is subtracted from the total cost of the costume.

Costume Balance: Amount Varies
The remaining cost of the costume is paid in March. Costs are subject to change at any time.
